I allegedly ordered a compact disc from ez income. Come. This disc was valued at 1.99 and was to show me how to make an ez income from home. Needless to say the disc never arrived.
After seeing the deduction from my account, I called them and asked what this was for. I was advised I ordered a disc and agreed to a monthly maintenance fee. I agreed to the disc but not the fee. It was never mentioned and I would have refused it if it were. I also advised that the disc never came.
The person to which I spoke could hardly speak English. When I asked for their address she stated she could not give me this info, When I asked why she stated it was against company policy. I had to have her repeat this three times because I couldn't understand her.
I asked for the money to be refunded, she kept insisting giving me a thirty day extension for 9.00. I asked to speak to management and was disconnected.
