We switched to At& T because of supposedly better service and they even said we would receive a Gift Card for $60.00. Well, that was nearly a year ago and they never complied. This has been a fiasco. Then we phoned and they finally sent a coupon for us to fill out. We filled it out... Guess what, they never got it back so we must now send another back to them... But the probably is, they have never sent another one back. What lousy service. I wish we had never changed and we might switch again. What a rotten company. I know they think I'll give up but I won't. I'll keep complaining and sending them e-mails and phone calls, until we cancel of course. Stay where you are. Believe me, you don't what this pathetic service.
