Changed me back to AT&T after I switch - charging me $113.00 in collect calls I never accepted

I switched from AT&T to Verizon. I got a phone call from AT&T asking me to come back. I firmly stated "NO". They switched me anyway. I have not had AT&T for a year and now they are trying to charge me for collect calls from VA. That were never received here at my home. I will not pay this bill, ever.
