Took funds I did not authorize

I applied for a cash advance and they automatically debited their fee out the next day. I unchecked all of the extras info b/c I did not need it. I only wanted to apply for the cash advance. I went to the cancellation page and cancelled my account with them just to find out I to had been denied for my refund. How does that work exactly. Denied for a refund. That's insane. They took money out of my account without my consent, and they denied me for my money back. I also called the toll free number just to have someone tell me it will take about 2-3 business days and to be expecting my refund. When I called back today they informed me it was denied. What kind of company has a name like that and then rips people off themselves. They have boxes to check if you are interested in this service and I made sure not to check this. I did not authorize this and I want to file a report and be able to get a refund someway somehow.
