I called on 03/28 to ask them to refund $29.95 back to me and they denied me saying I was sent an e-mail stating that I had 7 days to cancel my membership. I did not want to become a member. I

I called this company 3 times regarding my account. I authorize them to charged my debit account a $1.00 to look at my free credit report. They charged my acct. $29.95 which I did not authorize them to do. I did not continue looking at my credit report because I didn't want to pay any money to do so. They claimed that they gave me 7 days to respond to their e-mail, but I had sent it to my trash file un-opened. I was unaware of this procedure. I called their 800 number to ask them to refund my money and they denied my request. I explained that I was on a fixed income and couldn't afford to check my report at this time. They still refused my request. This company needs to honor their customers and not take unauthorize liberties against their so-called members. I would like for them to refund my money.
