I have been fighting with Citicard Mastercard to get an $11.98 credit card charge taken off my bill, since 4/08. Diggcomm is fighting back, they sent a receipt that has my name and number... No item description. Icall them 3 times a day with no answer, they don't have a website, although they purport to be a web services company. What kind of web support could they offer for $11.98? Considering I don't have a web page... Most people probably don't even see such a small charge on their monthly bill and just pay it... It is the principal of the thing, why should I pay someone fornothing more than hacking my credit card
