This is a brief describtion of Alan, the owner of C&C Oil. Alan is a very evil man completely consumed with money. He is the most negative man I have ever met. When you do something good it goes unnoticed and when you do something bad he loves nothing more than to jump on you for it. He has a way of making morale go right down the toliet because his negativity spreads like fire to all he encounters.
This man has everything and yet is miserable. He leaves work early all the time to go play golf. He does little or nothing while working, and he makes a fortune. His secretary Janie told me he made 245,000 bucks in 2007 and yet he is always crying poor. This is the biggest tight wad you will ever meet. He spends tons of money on himself to play golf and charges all the expences to the business, but when office supplys are needed he gets mad. Go figure...
He is very unfair to his employees too. Example, Carl had been with him over 15 years and made about 60 grand a year. He fired Carl. He hired Billy, his best friend and started him at 50k a year, giving him a 10k bonus after only being there 3-4 months. Then bumped him to 55k a year later. Fianally, Janie calls me a few months ago to tell me he just got a huge raise to 85-90k range per year while she got 2 tiny raises in that time. Billy does less than anyone there, yet gets these big raises because he's Alan's boy and does all of Alan's dirty work. Alan is a coward and uses Billy as his enforcer. Billy loves this as he enjoys making Janie cry, as he has dozens of time, and treating Jerry his other employee like a dog. Billy loves to imtimidate and rule with a iron fist. His motto is " I don't care if you like me or respect me, just fear me." These 2 evils fit together perfectly...
Alan will give you a fake smile and tell you what you want to hear, but when you leave the room he will slam you. For some reason this man that has everything is so unhappy and loves to make others miserable with him. It is very sad and I don't understand it. Someday what goes around will come around on this man and he will have to answer for all of his hatefulness.
That's it I guess. If you are a costomer to C&C you will never see this side of Alan as he will flash his phony smile and charm you out of your money, but you should know who he really is. Hope these facts about this evil man help someone out there.
