4-1-11 I decided to join Bodyshape fitness. I was really excited because the gym was very convenient and easy to get to and I had siblings who worked out there as well. I spoke with Alan about 1 reservation i had about joining. That reservation was guest policy, at my previous gym I paid less money and had unlimited guests. I asked Alan if I could bring my girlfriend from time to time. Alan didn't hesitate and said of course he made a notation in the agreement and in the computer system so there was never any question when I brought her in.
About 1 week later I brought my girlfriend in to workout and at the front desk I was given some static from Tony (co-owner). He said " It was ok today but only a few times that is it!" I expressed to Tony that is not what I signed up for. He replied "we will have to talk to Alan and he would get back with me." About a week went by and no one came to me with what they decided upon so I decided to call Alan.
