I hired a Building Designer on a $12k contract $3600 deposit and installment of $3600 upon approval for four further installments After only drawing I got from 08/31/06 to 10/26/06 the drawing was not what I contracted for poor performance nothing what I desired it was just a plain house
I knew he misrepresented himself he could not do the work but I give him a chance to do it right. I had him copy a house from book because he did not follow my instructions, so he copied the exterior. It was ok but he would not make the interior changes the was nothing but erases not a good look. The changes as per the contract were not exceptible to move to the next
phase. I marked the drawing in red with changes I would like done and signed a transmittal letter. He demanded another payment
I was not happy with little work and poor performance. I said I want to know that you can do what I want as is you can not he took the drawing and never returned. The next thing I get a letter from a collections agency. I phoned told them debt was not valid to prove it and get me the creditors name and address they did not
I next received a summons and complaint I was being sued the balance of $8400 work I never got so I phoned Attorney Fine and explained he said it did not matter I said you have no proof of this debt because Fisher breached the contract
I answered the complaint and made a case because I did nothing wrong. Attorney Fine created drawings and apponitment that never took place. I yelled this is fraud none of that is true the judge said he would allow it. I have been defrauded now the put a lien on my house
I have a letter from Fisher who says there were only three meetings. He was tried to convince me to sign for the next phase but his work was so poor, child like not what I contracted for. Now we are being sezied. They have put a lien on my house. We had excellent credit Lawful citizens please some one help me stop this FRAUD! I have filed a complaint with Attorney General Office
