People beware of this person, I have had very bad dealings with her. I was a roommate, as well as my son, and she ripped me off with the rent. Always asking for more rent and lied about the reasons. Told me the landlord was selling the rental home, then pushed me out the door, making up fake eviction papers.
After living with her for a few months, we got into a legal battle, went to court. I found out her new address and location due to I have to send mail to her every month as court ordered.
I looked up Public Records, and she married in Winter Park, on 2/14/08, changed her name, and ran from Land O Lakes, (Tampa) Florida to Greensboro, North Carolina. My new change address was dated July 19th
I received the new address from the Post Office address forwarding department.
A few facts you need to know about Lori A Dunmire / Lori A Fleming.
She is under State Insurance Fraud Investigation in Florida. She is out on Workers Comp from a company called WellCare. She stated she was hurt on the job, but she told me she was tired of working with the company, so she went out on Workers Comp, and she could draw checks for almost 2 years. I know many details of her life and the fraud due to I lived with her, she told me first hand, and I had 2 taped interviews with the State of Florida Insurance Fraud Investigator. The investigator also talk with another past roommate, and almost received the same story. They are closing in on her, and I think she ran to North Carolina to slow the process down some. I have watched her run all over town, go drinking, to parties, bring guys home, and re-arrange the home with no back pain. She is a faker, a real fraud taking the system for a ride.
More Information: When I lived with her, she use to take my medications and spike my Diet Pepsi, and sometime steal my medications and flush them. Also, she was selling her drugs she was getting from the doctors to make money. I also told this to the investigator.
Lori is a LPN out of Pa, and also Florida, and I have also called the State of North Carolina Nursing Department to make them aware of her actions in Florida, and look out for her application. I gave the the state the old and new names she is using, along with her address, social security number, and date of birth. They told me to me they will flag her name in the system. I gave them the names of the company involved, and the investigator for more information.
If anyone has anymore information about Lori, you can call the State of Florida Insurance Fraud Department, and tell them what you know about the fraud case.
Also, if you call the North Carolina Board of Nursing and let them now more information if you have this. WellCare is located in Tampa, Florida. Call them and ask for Human Resources, they will connect you to Deborah in legal. Tell her anything you may know.
Lori is trying to get a settlement, but I know from talking to the investigator, they are looking very deeply into her fraud actions.
The more I kept digging about this person, I did find out she was involved in a Arson case in Pa where she destroyed evidence for her boyfriend when he burned his house down due to he was going broke. I called the police, and the fire marshal, they are now going back into her statements she made a few years ago and may open up a case against her and file charges.
Anyone who is talking to her, or dealing with her she watch out. She has ripped me off for my rent. Spiked my soda with my medication to try to hurt me. She has placed ads on Craigslist in the past for roommates. This is how I ran into her. Be careful and watch out, she will scam you, give you a big con sad story and try to make you feel sorry for her. She stole my rent money, and she stole others money who also lived with her. I know from my address forwarding information, she is living at. I looked this address up on google, and it's a apartment complex. I gave all this new information to the investigator.
If anyone else know anything, call the State Of Florida Fraud Department, call WellCare in Tampa, or call the North Carolina Nursing Board and tell them what you know about her.
