Lori Jo Brooks has failed to pay me for several events I worked for her promotional event company, INDYS TOP TEN MODELS. She has advised me that she is not filing bankrupcy and will pay me, however the reason she has not filed BK in this company is because she has already filed 3 times in her life which clearly shows of her character. She filed on 6-18-1992 chapter 7 cause number 9206522, she filed in 11-22-99 chapter 7 cause number 9914686 and she also filed again not even 5 years later! 11-23-04 chapter 13 which was dismissed cause number 0421647. Be aware of this scamming lady!
