On june 19 we paid last minute tickets $7,824.00 for 4 tickets from michigan to zimbabwe Africa which was scheduled for july 16. We received confirmations right away.
On july 15 my husband called the airlines we were told that the tickets had been cancelled. We called Nisha who promised to have us on the july 17 flights of which we got confirmations again On july 17 we went to the airport only to be told that the tickets were not paid for.
We immediately called Nisha who did not answer our calls and blocked both our phones till later in the afternoon that day after the police called and told her to unblock our numbers.
The week that followed she had promised to reschedule our flighr but that never happened. She promised to mail us a check the next day but we didnt get any money from them. We then kept calling demanding for our money and again she blocked our phones.
We are unable to call them on our personal phones and we are scared we have been sacmmed like many other people. We desperately need help. My husband lost his sister in Zim and really want to go and pay his last respects but cannot because of this scam of a company. Pliz helpwith resources and ideas so we can ge t our money back.
