Three ladies on our way to care for orphans in Africa bought tickets that this company never paid for. They cashed the check, but Nisha never purchased the tickets from the airlines. We were given confirmation codes and reservations through "checkmytrip.com", but when we went to board found out about her error. There was no warning, no communication, although I had been in email contact with Nisha repeatedly before the flight. After delaying us for a day, her supervisor (sharon) offered to send us ONE way - next week! It's been three weeks and they still have not refunded our money. I have found if you use a different phone to contact them, then they will answer. They either have caller ID or block certain phone numbers.
