I hired Garrett T. Ogata to fight Bethany College and gave him Retainer Fees to do the Job. Guess what? He will Not return telephone calls or emails or even make an appointment. Attorney Ogata, has given absolutely No Explaination. The only thing I can assume is that he has taken the money and ran with it. Then, Blame The Victim. I have Been Ripped Off time and time again Because of Identity Theft and other people using my Identifying information... The Nevada Bar Association does not take complaints Seriously, and to date Has done nothing But File complaints in the garbage cans!
As a Female Veteran of the United States Military, who fought for everybody's freedom this is an Insult! My Civil Rights Have been highjacked By Bethany College, The United States Department of Education accruing 57 Student Loans, even after I wrote and called them telling them about Potential Fraud Did Nothing! Those Loans are Not mine and Now this! There Is No Justice for Honest people in Nevada. I wonder How many Other People he has ripped off and If he paid taxes on that?
