If you recieve a bill for a loan, don't pay them. Obtain all the information you can from them and advise them you are a victim of Identity Theft and go promptly to your local police for a report on the theft.
Contact The US Department of Education, Federal Trade Commission and of course the IRS, so that you can recieve a reward for the capture of the Identity theft ring involved. The form is 3949A and can be dowloaded from their website. Trying to find a person using all of your information is like finding a needle in a haystack. You may have to do it several times and it may take years to regain your own identity.
