It seems that Bethany College should be under investigation for improprieties: cheating students out of their Student Loans and holding their transcripts hostage if they do not sign false Withdral statements and someone else is getting their college credits. These are gorilla tactics in sustainig identity theft of student information at its best. Mind you thee are no Student Id cards at the Las Vegas campus. You could be taking classes and someone else gets the credit.

The Office of Civil Rights is of no help and only handles Americans with Disabilities Act complaints, Department of Education and Citicorp only wants their Federal Student loan money back whether you recieve your degree or not.
