If you have been taken by Hollywood Profiles, or any other name the company uses, please do this: File a formal complaint with the FTC/FCC online. It takes a lot of voices to be heard in DC, so do it NOW! Go to the website, FTC. Gov and to the Bureau of Consumer Protection. File a report — give all the details. I aslo wrote a letter to the FTC: Federal Trade Commission, Bureau of Consumer Protection, 600 Pennsylvania Ave, NW, Washington, DC 20580. Do both — SHUT 'EM DOWN!
