I have been financially supported by Mike Tutera for the past 4, almost 5 years. I have not worked, and stayed home with my son during this time. I have known him for 9 years.
We have had a verbal arrangement for the past 4-5 years, he told me he would always take care of myself and my son financially.
I never had intercourse with him, but did other things for him, and his associates, when asked to, because I felt indebted to him.
I am not his girlfriend, nor was I his wife (he was married when we first met, but since has been divorced), he paid for everything (and then some) for my son & I, bought 2 cars for me (one that he took away, and until recently when I found out he'd sold it, has kept promising my mom and me he'd give it back. Since he'd personally given my other car to my mom, but when he took the new one back I had to get my old one from her), paid for 2 (4000 each time) breast implant operations, because he wanted me to, I was against it at first, and even knowingly supported my live-in boyfriend for 2 years. (And up until this last month he had been telling my mom and me he was going to marry me, and even had my mom buy him wedding bands when she went to Taiwan, for us) Until last April when Clint, my boyfriend was killed in a car wreck.
There were some very shady circumstances (and physical evidence) surrounding his death that gave reason to believe Mike may have caused his accident. I never imagined Mike a murderer, and not of my boyfriend!
A very mentally deficient "friend" of mine gets mad at me and calls Mike saying all sorts of b.S. Regarding him & me, causing him to freak out and thus cut me off. (although he called and told me he would set something up financially for my son & I, he just wanted to keep it hush-hush in front of others, basically to look better in front of his friends, he didn't ever follow through on that)
This was in July, and for the next 3 months we talk here and there, but the money stops completely. And then prior to my birthday he asks me if I want to come back and he once more promises to make good on his original arrangement and financially support my son and I again, thus lifting any worries that I wasn't going to be able to pay my bills, and eliminating the need for me to work, like i'd begun to look into.
At the first of this month I don't hear from him for 2 weeks and when I do he sounds all doped up amd has this inane story of his psych ex trying to kill him and how he was basically hiding out, but would get me some money asap. He carried on with this false promise, of money for my bills, as well as christmas, causing me to believe that my checks (which have all been returned and fees accrued, and they're still left unpaid, including my rent for December). And during this time he's asking me to send him naked pictures of myself by email, which I do, still under the impression that he's going to take care of the mounting money problem, because he outright says so, and after all this time, why should I not think he will? He has for years.
I sent him an email yesterday, christmas, telling him to please not do this to me, because I don't have anyway to pay the rent. Begged him to call me, because I didn't understand what was going on, and it wasn't right to my son or me.
His response? He emailed me saying that I fail to remember that i'd tried to frame him for murder, and my situation was my own fault, that he wasn't going to help me and to never contact him again. That's the basics of the matter, there are more details, if needed. Thanks, I just don't know what i'm supposed to do, especially when my landlady wants her rent money that I do not have, or even to feed my son when our food runs out. Help!
