I met chenoa smith in las vegas at a trade show in january. I knew her name from a friend of mine who was providing her creative services. I referred her to another friend of mine to provide editorial services. Chenoa smith has not paid either of my associates whom signed complex vendor agreements. Ms. Smith uses complexity as a tool to stonewall and eventually rip off her vendors.
Before i was aware of her deception, i introduced her to a company i'm consulting for. She created elaborate schemes on a fake business to earn the confidence of the management of the company in order to set them up for a con. Fortunately i discovered her con after my associates and one of her employees (a.K.A. Burned but not beaten) went for months with out pay.
I conducted an investigation and discovered she had ripped off at least 35 other people. I confronted ms. Smith on her con game and asked her control questions to determine the veracity of her story. She was untruthful with me during the entire interview.
The bottom line is that chenoa smith sets up fake companies and hires out people forcing them to sign complex contractual agreements. After months, when her victim dgo without pay, they are forced to quit to find a new job. Once her victim quits, ms. Smith claims that they are in violation of their contract and therefore not entitled to any form of pay. Its an old con game that she has taken to cyberspace.
Notice the responses from live ad, viva and her other alias. She claims those complaining violated their agreements, so forth and so on.
She ripped off the company i consulted for an amount i cannot disclose, but it is a very large sum.
Chenoa smith is a liar, cheat and con. And when she sees this, she will respond through legalese mumbo jumbo and tell everyone that shes suing me. I call her bluff because in order to sue me, she will have to file and reveal her legal home and business residence. She wont because she cant because shes a crook and does not want to be found. The last thing shell do is walk into a court house where she will most likely be served herself if not end up in hand cuffs.
