She didn't deliver the service she promised

I contracted with Chenoa Smith do help distribute my Best Affirmations: THe Thirty-Day How-To Guide to Actively Create the Life You Want handbook. We gave her $2,000, and we haven't recieved any of the promised services. Chenoa Smith is a fraud. Do not do business with her!!!
