Ordered live fish from this company. They shipped them USPS, which I had specifically asked them NOT to do. I asked them to send Fed EX or UPS. I paid for the fish 7/24 via Paypal Master Card. They were shipped 7/31 via USPS EXPRESS mail. They indicated on the USPS site via the tracking number EO95 0398 770U S As I said I did NOT want the fish sent USPS but the did anyway. THEN today with the tracking number I checke the USPS site and found the fish were supposedly delivered at 11:43 this morning. BUT they were not delivered to ME! Apparently what happened is the carrier (I found this out 4 hours later) signed for the fish himself and drove around with them on his truck for 4 hours. He cannot deviate from his route I found out later and deliver the fish in a timely EXPRESS mail fashion. So, Somethingsphyshy was under the impression I receive the fish at 11:43am today 8/1/08. I did NOT. Since they refused to help me track down the shipment (I have their very unfriendly emails) and told me to contact my post office myself, I did. Apparently Somethingphyshy is under the impression I received the shipment at 11:43am even though I explained that I did NOT. I received it at 3:37 pm per 2 witnesses here where I live. One is from the park manager Pat Henry via a saved voice mail that the fish were just now delivered (at 3:37 pm NOT 11:43am). So in the meantime I had filed a dispute with Paypal since Somethingsphyshy refused to help me (but they were making calls behind the scenes apparently getting a lot of mis information.) It is my right to file a non-receipt dispute which is the only way to handle something like this if the seller refuses to help. Apparently the seller found out incorrect information and accused me to the Park owner where I like (putting my residency here in jeopardy) and to the US Postal service of being a criminal—theft they called it! In the meantime once I got the fish I cancelled the Paypal dispute. Then I find out from the park owner that he (the park owner) is upset with me because of the mishandling of all this by Somethingphyshy AND the US Postal carrier. The park owner thinks that the mail carrier might not deliver here anymore due to this controversy. Not MY fault and if he is so unprofessional as to do that due to my filing a legitimate complaint and contacting his supervisor which I am legally required and entitled to do, then the mail carrier certainly can't be very professional! Anyway, one of the fish died due to heat (from being on the carrier's truck) AND the fish don't look anything like the ones I ordered. So I contacted Somethingsphyshy AGAIN and the response I got from them (they have a live fish refund guarantee) is that I am dishonest, they are freezing my account and refusing emails from me (and there is no phone number I can call). This is without taking care of the dead fish refund or satisfying me that I received the correct fish. These people are perpetrating a fraud on ME due to their misunderstanding of what happened and their neglect in sending the fish the way I requested. If they had no other means to ship, they should have told me and I would have cancelled the order. Therefore I am due a refund for the dead fish and a response from them about the fish I received (if they are just young and look different from the pictures or what). Please take care of this for me. BTW, Paypal said that I am a 12 year customer with NO problems or complaints both in buying and selling AND they have no doubt I was mistreated and erroneously called a criminal. Thanks!
