I, like countless others, have found a $69.99 charge on my credit card statement for a phantom purchase. It was posted on 06/27/08.
I've not bought anything from them since last year.
The seller does not respond to repeted messages sent via their site or calls made to their office.
I learned from an Amex rep that some people have been charged $69.99 multiple times over the past month.
I have filed complaints with various consumer protections groups, the NY State Attorney General's office and the FTC.
I hope that others do the same and that someone puts these thieves out of business.
