I check my charge card on an almost daily. When I saw that same charge (last purchase I made was 11), I emailed their 24/7 customer service and of course got no response. I did call & left a couple of messages (it was over weekend) but did not get a response that way.
I checked under my account on their website & it showed no pending purchases nor an explanation of the charge.
I notified my credit card company which initiated a dispute; sent Classic Closeout a fax stating the above as well as a possible notification to the Attorney General's office in Connecticut (where I live). I did mention that after having found this site.
My suggestion is that if everyone who got this charge notify their State's attorney general's office & the Dept. Of Consumer Affairs, it may have a definite impact on these fraudulent charges.
