I admit that when i accidentally over drew my account by. 50 that it was my fault, and although it was very frustrating to did I agreed to pay the 33.00 fee because again it was my fault. Then they go back to items that had already posted and overdrew them and did not send a letter for a week and charged me 6 bucks a day because i was in the negative. They said that the way they do it is when an item posts wether it has cleared or not they charge your account overdraft fees because of a potential overdraft. WTF! Are you serious? So then all of the potential overdraft fees cause real overdrafts.
Wow I even told them that this account is the one that my husband puts money into from over sea so that i have extra money and that I have no way of contacting him to let him know that we need to put more money in there (see there are not personal phones or cell phones over in Bagdad I can use to call him) the response I got was "you will get charged 6 every day that it is overdrawn and this could go on forever".
I asked to talk to the manager and was told "he dosent want to be bothered talking to people about overdrafts" ok well thanks for the help. Enjoy your freedom of RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!! Because that is all that they do. I paid the 165.00 in fees and immediately closed the account I cant belive that they made 165.00 off of one. 50 cent miscalculation. I need to go into the banking buisness!
