I was called at work on July 24 and my secretary took the message from an Andrew Brown from the United States Legal Investigation Bureau. He left a number of 202-715-0902 and Batch #1680. I was unable to return the call until Monday, July 28. I called the number and a Middle Eastern sounding man answered the phone. I said "who is this" he said "who is this", I said "you called me, I used *69, who is this" he said "first you tell me your name", I said "you tell me your name". He then hung up the phone. I recieved another call (on my voicemail this time) at a different location and phone number at work. Again, a Middle Eastern sounding man left a message. The message said "this is so and so (I couldn't understand the name he left) calling from the United Stateds Legal Investigation Bureau, there has been an investigation filed on your social security number ending with * (which was actually the last 4 of my SS#) please call me immediately at 310-775-9069 and have a blessed day." I have done a reversal search on the the "202" number and found that the number is unlisted and is located in Washington, DC. The "310" is a cell number out of Santa Monica, CA. This can't be legal!
