I cannot believe I actually fell for this so called "dream vacation." I'm usually the type who throws away all the junk mail about family vacations, but this one just caught my eye because it already had the cruise voucher printed in my name and it also had a $1300.00 voucher also in my name.
First, I was suspicious, but then I thought at least I would give them a call and see what they are all about. They pretty much persuade me into buying their package, which said on the vouchers "free" was actually worth $798.00. Anyways, so I still liked the description of the packages and was going to call back later to buy it if I decide, but of course there was a catch. Only I could call once from my number and this first time was the only chance I would have to purchase the package. I agreed to it thinking that the travel agency is professional like any other.
However, I am wrong, because when I called them back the same night for a refund and cancellation, they told me they could only give back 80% of my money and they rest they were going to keep safely for future trips I plan with them. I told them I had no plans for future trips with them and then they said that my $199.00 would just go to waste then. I cannot believe I fell for this stupid vacation. I advuse all to throw any kind of this garbage away immediately! Plus, I wish I would have searched the Ramada Resort and Imperial Majesty cruise before purchasing because I would have then seen these thousands of complaints against the company. I am still going to dispute this money amount through my bank.
I hope none of you out there fall for the bull, because you would probable rather save your money up for something better. I googled the resort and the cruise ship and nothing is of royalty, which they kept repeating on the phone. "You will be treated like royalty, and it's all free." Free, free, free, yeah right!!!
Don't trust these people. Plus the first rep I talked to from their customer service was a bi*, acting as if I just had money lying around the house and it was okay for them to hold it for my future vacations with them. I rather die than allow them to do business with me again. I am just shocked that they are still out there being allowed to scam people into their prolonged agreement, where you state your name and card number saying you allow this transaction. It's probably because everyone later finds these and wants out of the deal. Bastards! Anyways, good luck if you got scammed too.
