I was told by hughes customer care representive that I could suspend my account until it reached the 15 month agreement as long as I paid 40 bucks a month for my equipment. When that 15 months was up, I called to cancel my services with them and they said that because my account was under suspension that my agreement term had been extended. So I would have to reactivate my account and use it for another 6 months so I can terminate it. I told them that some one from their company said I can do that and they said that was not their policy. They are a bunch of liars and theives. For the 9 months that I had the service, most of the time it was down and the technical support always said they were upgrading their satellite. I had it with this company and i'm not paying their early termination fee.
