This company? Fraudgently debited my account of 4.95. This is not alot of money but if continually debited could cause one financial problems

This company fraudgently withdrew from my account 4.95. They used my debit card number. My card is in my possession. Could not find out who this company or person is. My bank also made an inquiry.
