I was being billed on my credit card for $12.99 back in Dec. I did not know this company, nor did I approved this transaction. I tried several times to contact the company at 800-290-8603, to no avail. Finally making contact on March 29. I talked to Natalie, who said she would cancell the subscription.
Confirmation No. Sg210700328. I continued to be billed to the date of this consumer complaints, which is July 27. I will contact this TLG*GreatFu again, to see if they will credit my account. I will also contact my credit card company and refuse to pay, requesting that TLG*GreatFu, credit my account for $90.93.
