In 2003 after making a car rental reservation with Budget Rental cars, I was forwarded to TravelersAdvantage to a very rude and pushy rep offering a 90 day trial to their services for
A one dollar fee. I was told that I could cancel anytime within that time period and no further chages would be billed. And I did just that.
I called after only 3 weeks and after a very tough time again, I finally got it cancelled.
BUT! They are STILL billing our credit card annually for $89.99 and will not even answer correspondence to their executives! It's as if they know what they are doing is theft but don't care.
I want everyone to know about our experince with this company and their refusal to cooperate with us. I am currently working with our credit card company to resolve this matter, which should not even be something that we are having such a hard time with. JUst shows what kind of company TravelersAdvantage is.
