I have contacted this company numerous times over the last several weeks, and have received horrible customer service. With regards to the refund which should have been received well over a month ago, all they can tell me is to keep calling back to check the status.
They claim that my request has been submitted, but they have no control over the refunds. The last person I spoke with was a supervisor, and I asked if she could call me when she can get and ETA as opposed to me calling them back and waiting over half an hour to speak with a representative. She said "Honestly, I have five things going on at my desk at once."
Resolution Sought: I just want my refund.
