I ordered a Garden Groom (hedge trimmer) on line and disliked it. THere was nothing in the box (invoice of any kind) to let me know where to send it back. I googled it on line and found the number called it and was given 300 Returns Rd.in Wallingford, CT. The box went out by way of confirm mail and I did get a confirmation that it was delivered to FOSDICK on June 17th at 5:47. Attached to my return was my name, address, phone number, and email address. I've been trying for 6 weeks to see what has happened only to find out that the rep gave me the wrong address to send it back to. I notified FOSDICK myself by way of email, did get a reply and emailed them what exactly had happened, I told them that the Garden Groom was delivered and accepted by them but there reply to me was that there was no way that they could track it down — I said but it was delivered there so someone had to get it. There attitude was that I just have to take the loss of $157.00 there was nothing that they could do. Very very upset to say the least.
