Took money out of bank and didnt get dvd Las Vegas

Ordered dvd @ $1.95 for 30 day free trial they took out an additional $39.90 the same day. I talked to someone that i could barely understand and told them to cancel my order and credit my account. It never happen. Icant even log back in on internet.
