I bought an item of jewelry from this company for $9. They began sending me more items every other week, and charging my credit card $68 for each item. I did NOT sign up for a membership or agreement of this sort. I spoke with a representative of the company and was assured that my credit card would be refunded for all items when they were returned.
It has been a month since I sent them back, and they have not credited my card for the charges. I am filing a 'disputed charges' with my credit card company; I cannot go to the fraud department because I did agree to buy that first peice. I have nearly $500 charged to me by this company. I would advise anyone against doing business with this company.
