I applied for bookkeepping position on line. I had to do extensive test on line to see if I was capable to do their work. I was.
After being pomised that I would be paid for training and for the services, I have not received any money from them. I was FedExed checks to be cashed from my bank and to take about 10 % of the balance and wire the rest of the cash to a foreign country for their clients. After the first check that they sent me was cash by my bank, I was informed by the bank that the check was bogus.
I have tried to receive the money back for the check, the bank is charging me for the check, and was told each time that I would have to send more money to their clients before I would receive any compensation.
I was told to write an itemized bill, which I did, and sent it by email to their company's contact, Mr. Robyn Cole. I did this thorough Yahoo messager. All ciontact with Mr. Cole was thorough Yahoo messager. I have kept all of my messages with him as well as a check that was sent to me to be processed that was bogus.
I am just at a lost on how I can recover my money owed.
I want to warn other people not to get cought up in this scam like I did. I still have some contact with Mr. Cole but not as often because he wants me to sent more money to his clients before I can get paid.
He states that I have to be home to receive money from another agent, but never tells me when this agent in in my area. This has never happened.
So maybe someone out there can tell me what to do.
