I will be short. Like many financial institutions, Citimortgage is squeezing customers over online transactions. As you probably know, businesses use the internet to cut their costs, and Citimortgage evidently does not think it saves enough, because it penalizes customers $10 for making mortgage payments online. For the executives lining their pockets with profits this is a minor matter, but it adds to the squeeze Americans already feel in their wallets. Put Citimortgage on the list of problems.
