Wife got a letter from Palisades collection on 7/11/08. She call and ask them about this and a person name carmen told her she owes $122.49 from a verizon. My wife replays and said we do not owe any ting fom Verizon because our phone bill is pay. The person name carmen said no this is from 6 years ago. My wife then ask her that was a case then Verizon did not discount us. We ask for proof and they told us that our problem. I do not want to pay for this I think it is a scam. $122.49 I can fill up with of Gas
