Misrepresented company and claimed to be re-newing an ad from last yea

I receive a call from the company representing to be the yellow pages internet addition. They wanted to renew my ad from last year. I agreed and was invoiced. When the invoice came I realized they were not with the yellow pages nor did I have an account with them last year.
