I had a surprisingly pleasant experience dealing with ZACH PAYNE at AT&T Wireless. I recently switched to AT&T when I got my iphone -and my new plan was not enough minutes for me - so i went over usage - VERY expensive. I dreaded making the call for 2 weeks - i was used to dealing with another carrier - who kept me on hold forever and did not EVER go out of their way to be helpful. He helped me switch plans and even credited me back for some of the bill - over $200. Thanks Zach!!
