Lied about being free, said there was 7 day trial, i did not see such a thing, then took $39.95 plus $7.95 will not return to my bank account

This company completly lied about their service. They said it was free just shipping and handling for cd. Which was fine, but they took $39.95 plus $7.95 out of my bank account with out my knowledge. I called they said there was a 7 day free trial. Thats not what i read. I cancelled my cd and account but they will not return my money.
