This company is a complete ripoff

I ordered MP4/MP3 players from this company. They said they accepted Mastercard. When I tried to checkout, they said they couldn't accept my payment because I lived outside the U.S. And I would have to wire transfer the funds.

They promised 3-5 day shipping. After 2 weeks, I had not received the order, so I e-mailed them. It took 7 days to get a reply. I received a package at the same time (21 day shipping). They had substituted a much cheaper item than the one I paid for. I ordered MP4/MP3 Nano III and they sent Nano II with no explanation.

I tried to phone them and was told that their phone number was not accessible to me in my area. There is no other phone number available for them on the yellow pages.

I have e-mailed them and of course they have not responded. Yikes - absolute scam artists!
