I purchased 3 nano's for my children which 2 of them broke I also purchaed the city advantage plan, so I mailed back the broken ones and I recieved one replacement. So I have called on 5 different occasions, to recieve the run around each time, the first person wanted to mail me back the broken nano so I could send it back in. The last time being this am, and now I am told that they only recieved one in the original package which I mailed on 12/20/06. I had specifically asked the person at Mail and More to verify for me that I was putting 2 nano's in the package. There is never a manager or supervisor on when I call and I always speak to the highest person in complaints at that time. Every time that I have called I get a different response. All I want is a replacement and nothing else to do with that company. Now I am angry, it is the principle.
