Steve smith, jay rose aul-10000 not shipped, cancelled order and money not returned since order was placed 01-30,2350.00 dollars

Purchased hoist by telephone 01-30, they asked to be paid by check, which I did not know was unprotected. Hoist was not recieved when they claimed it would be shipped. Order was cancelled, money was never returned. Called 07-07 telephone number is disconnected.
