I recieved a check in the mail with a letter from a company called United Financials which they claim they are a Division of United Healthcare Corp. The letter goes on to inform me that I'm a lucky winner for a 2008 Sweepstakes drawing. It states that I was selected through a computerized ballot system drawn from Readers Digest, Publishers Clearing House, Online Sweepstakes, etc... The check was for $3,984.30. The letter instructs you to call David White's cell phone # (514) 691-4570 to claim your prize.
