5 months ago I fell into Forclosure. Explained everything provided paperwork
paid 1500.00 up frount. Told them I had a loan modification After many months and phone calls the lender Finally contacted them. They wanted to do a loan modification with Option One and of course Option One said NO. I litterally called everyday my case worker left message after message only to get a message saying call me back. Then message after message nothing for a solid 45 days and at last spoke to a supervisor only to get a responce well she called you. I said yep but all she said was call me. Now mind you they have my work number, email address, home phone #, I do have to say they did get a responce from the lender which was fowarded to me and basicly says Sell in a short sale or repayment plan. Which I am not eligable for because so much time has gone by.
I needed to get advice and answers. They promised weekly updates on there website. So much for that.
So as I see it for 1500 hundred dollors I got a fowarded email saying sell your house. Does that count as a resolution.
I may try for a refund but feel Ill just get an answer machine
