I enrolled my son in the Reality Ranch Military Camp with the hopes that this camp would help with his behavior issues in school and towards others. After reading all of the testimonials on Reality's Website and speaking with Ginger Denton on several occasions, I signed up my son for the second summer session the summer of 2007 and paid the $3,800 tuition fee. I also purchased all of the gear that I was told that needed to be purchased (underware, socks, shoes, etc.) along with airline tickets. Approximately 3 days before I was to fly my son out to Arizona, I received a phone call indicating that the camp had shut down because of a violent storm that destroyed their camp. I was promised a refund within 90 days. I never received that refund. I continued to call and email Mr. And Mrs. Denton every couple of weeks and I was always given an excuse. Finally, after many emails and phone calls, I received a promise from Mr. Denton that I would be refunded my $3,800 by July 15. I have been trying to call and email the Dentons on a daily basis to make sure that I will be receiving my $3,800 on July 15. I also filed a complaint with the BBB as well.
All I want is the refund of my $3,800. I paid for services that were never rendered.
