Without repeating the other 4 reports... Like many others, we are victims of the Reality Ranch Military Camp Scam. Only we have two 11 year old boys that are incredibly disappointed to find out they will not be attending this camp June 21-July 11th.
The most frustrating part is that the camp closure notification comes with no explanation and no response to repeated emails, phone calls, and faxes. The cell phone number listed on Jeremy Denton's Real Estate site has been disconnected, the website states that the camps are "unavailable."
Our $5850 payment was gladly accepted by RRMC in April and sinc ethen we have incurred costs for non-refundable plane tickets, one night in a hotel, and a rental car rental to a tune of $6842.19.
I have to say, they did seem impressive with the fancy website and marketing! What a shame.
I will be filing a report with the BBB and Arizona DA, as well.
