Our experience is exactly the same as the two other reports posted. If I copied them exactly that would be our story also.in addition, Jeremy Denton is a realtor in Tempe, Az. He has a web page that promotes himself as honest and having integrity. He relates his experience with dishonest real estate agents and has a Hall of Shame feature where these unethical realtors can be reported.
As much as we need our money refunded, we want to prevent others from being ripped off by this unscrupulous businessman. We understand his camp was destroyed and his session cancelled. If we had some ongoing dialog we could deal with the monetary loss. The fact that he is totally discounting the refund he owes us is infuriating. Depending on the number of people ripped off the total tuition for that session could be as much as $000-300,000.
We have thought about small claims court but because of where we live it does not seem practical. If we had a list of all the families victimized maybe we could together get some type of compensation. If anyone has any ideas count me in.
