If a driver's skin is not white enough, David Daahl, Mgr of Waggoners Trucking Inc.in Oxnard, CA, will get rid of him in this cruel way:
1) postpone driver's application for at least 30 days;
2) even you passed background checking, he will not let you start orientation/training until 90 days passed; his sample excuse "limited training facilities", or "paper works";
3) after 90 days or more, he will failed you on the 1st hour of orientation day. Easy for him, just orders whoever in charge of road test, not let you pass anyway.
Dom, the recruiter, Dana, the front desk lady, and Nacho, the orientation & log coordinator in Oxnard, CA, are nice and helpful to applicant drivers.
