I went to Werner to get started in the trucking industry. I went to orientation And did everything asked of me. During the orientation the terminal manager took me aside and started quizing me on some stuff on my background check. I answered all of his questions no problem, at that point I found out someone had stolen my identity & had gotten arrested using my name. I had no idea about this until this time. The manager acted like I was lying & we got into it, no surprise. The next day I was told I was being let go, for a reason I could not believe, they had said I tested positve for thc. I don't use nor have I used, when I asked for a copy of the test results they informed me that they don't have to give me those results. I am currently trying to fight these lies using DAC fix. I have found them to be very helpful so far, I suggest that if you have a problem you call & talk to them about it to see if they can help you. If there are any other people out there with this problem PLEASE contact me & let me know what is going on. While in orientation I exchanged phone # with some of the other drivers & found out they didn't have enough trainers to cover all of us. I also found out that trucking companys don't get in trouble for filing false stuff on your DAC. No wonder this system is fatally flawed.
